What we filter, what we track

Morning fasted weigh-in
If you weigh yourself, do it in the morning upon waking, fasted (06:30-08:00). This is when your reference glucose is measured and your weight is most stable. No evening weigh-in — hydration variation and intestinal contents distort the reading.
Not a medical device
The app does not replace your doctor or endocrinologist. It complements. Diagnosis, drug treatment (Metformin, insulin if prescribed), and clinical follow-up remain their domain. You can export your nutrition and sport tracking as an encrypted PDF to bring to consultations.
